Regular Investing (continued)
I replied a comment by Kyith and I think it's good to also blog my thought as well.
The three stocks I have were only bought in around 2010, right after the great financial crisis of 2008/9. I have been waiting for another crash in order to buy more stocks but yet to see another one coming any sooner.
That day I read a book about averaging and investment using a fix sum on a regular basis. I think this make sense in my situation, because my main aim is to own income stocks forever, or as long as I could.
Right now I'm still making a financial assessment to see how I can make it happens.
Thanks Kyith for your comment and I hope to read more comments by you. Cheers! :>

Dividends for 2Q12
I am getting dividends for the last quarter (2Q12) in this and next month soon. The total dividends I will receive is:
S$(140 + 108 + 193) / quarter
= S$441 / 3 months
= S$147/mth
I am researching for new candidates to include in my dividend portfolio and shall update them in my blog later on.

Dividends for 1Q12
There was not much changes in my portfolio since 4Q11.
Below was the average monthly dividend achievement record for 1Q12:
S$(12.60 + 151.20 + 107 + 193) / quarter
= S$463.80 / 3 months
= S$154.60/mth
Dividends for 4Q11
The drastically reduction in dividends received was because PST had been delisted and no longer contribute to my Dividend Portfolio. Another factor for its drop was because FSL substantially lowered its payout due to worsen business condition.
Below was the average monthly dividend achievement record for 4Q11:
S$(12.55 + 145.60 + 101 + 193) / quarter
= S$452.15 / 3 months
= S$150.70/mth

Below was the average monthly dividend achievement record for 3Q11:

Dividends for 2Q11
My latest average monthly dividend achievement for this quarter:
S$(104 + 148.40 + 158 + 97.90 + 114.80) / quarter
= S$623.10 / 3 months
= S$207.70/mth
I will say AimAmpReit is the biggest contributor in the increase for my Average Monthly Dividend Achievement (AMDA) and hope it will continue to do so, even though its share price is not going anywhere. =P

Dividends for 1Q11
With all the dividend announcements have been made, I did a calculation for my latest average monthly dividend achievement for this quarter:
S$(99.50 + 116.85 + 107 + 158 + 71.40) / quarter
= S$552.75 / 3 months
= S$184/mth
Although it is about S$2 less than the previous Average Monthly Dividend Achievement (AMDA), I consider my stock portfolio is pretty stable in delivering constant monthly income for me. I think in order to grow and bring my AMDA to next higher level, I will need to re-deploy my two-quarter dividends with new purchases (I have not been buying any stock in the last two quarters). I will update my blog when such opportunity comes. :=)

Dividends for 4Q10 - Part 2 (Final)
This is a review for the finalised dividends received with more accurate figures for FSL & PST. For:
FSL, I received a total dividend of S$121.33, and
PST, I received a total dividend of S$103.29
Hence, the monthly dividend achievement for the last quarter in Year 2010:
S$(87 + 121.33 + 103.29 + 142.80 + 104) / quarter
= S$558.42 / 3 months
= S$186.14/mth

Dividends for 4Q10 - Part 1
Now that all my stock holdings have had their dividend announcement made in the past few days, I can start to do a rough computation of my latest avereage monthly dividend achievement for the last quarter in Year 2010 :
S$(87 + 121.60 + 103.50 + 142.80 + 104) / quarter
= S$558.90 / 3 months
= S$186.30/mth
Although it slightly falls short of my target of S$200/mth, but I am still quite satisfied with this result. I will finalise the figure once the exchange rates for FSL & PST are set. All in all, it is a rather fruitful year for me and I really look forward to double this amount in Year 2011. :=)
