Great DPU by this reit!!

In this quarter, the distribution is given out with S$0.0053. With 28000 shares (28 lots) on hand, the total dividend I shall receive from this reit will be:

28000 units x S$0.0053 = S$148.40

The payable date will be on 14 September 2011.

AimsAmpsReit Q4FY11 result release

AimsAmpsReit had had an advanced distribution for Q4FY11 as at 31st Mar 2011. The reason for doing this is because it is for the fairness for the currect unit holders who will be affected by a private placement in the last quarter.

Moving forward, I intend to ignore this advanced distribution in my calculation for my average monthly dividend income for 1Q11 dividend achievement. The main reason for this decision is because subsequent distribution by this reit will be based on the new total number of units issued after the private placement.

In this new quarter, the distribution is S$0.00255. With 28000 shares (28 lots) on hand, the total dividend I shall receive from this reit will be:

28000 units x S$0.00255 = S$71.40

The payable date will be on 8 June 2011.

AimsAmpReit - Advanced Distribution for Q4FY11

Due to the private placement, AimsAmpReit has decided to give out Advanced Distribution to the current unit holders before new units issuance on 31st March 2011. According to their announcement in SGX, the amout of distribution this time round is $0.00285. With that, the dividend income I will be receiving for the quarter will be:

28000 units x S$0.00285 = S$79.80

Payable date shall be on 28 Mar 2011.
I am considering whether to increase my stake in this reit after the dilution.

AimsAmpsReit Q3FY11 result release

I have a pleasant surprise when I see there is a jump in distribution from its last quarter!! It announced today it is giving out per unit distribution of S$0.0051, roughly a 28% up from last quarter's distribution. I am very glad that I have subscribed to their rights excercise previously.  :=)

Hence, the dividend I shall be receiving from this reit will be :

S$0.0051 x 28000 shares = S$142.80

The payable date will be on 15 Mar 2011.

AimsAmpsReit Q3FY11 result release date

The announcement date is fixed at 25 Jan 2011 (Tuesday).

AimsAmpReit - Q2FY11 DPU result

The financial result is out for AimsAmpReit.

Its DPU is the same as last quarter but is now diluted by new issues of units, hence the lower DPU this quarter. As reported, this quarter DPU is S$0.003968.  Therefore, my dividend for this stock for this quarter will be :

S$0.003968 x 28000 shares = S$111

On average, this is in line with the dividends I receive for my other stocks, in absolute dollar terms.

AimsAMPReits Rights Subscription

After a long wait, the result is finally out. Besides being allocated of my entitled 7000 shares (7 lots), I am only given excess of an additional 1000 shares (1 lot). Together, my total investment in AimsAMPReits has increased from 20000 shares (20 lots) to 28000 shares (28 lots). According to their recent announcement, the new issues will also be subjected to the impending dividends too, so I will very much look forward to it [grin].

Subscribed my AIMSAMPReits Rights Issues

It has been very fraustrating to be unable to find a less crowded ATM for subscribing the Rights Issues of this Reit. But thankfully, today I managed to locate one to proceed with my subscription.

Not only did I fully subscribed my 7000 rights issues (7 Lots), but I also try my luck for excess rights, and hope I can get them too.

For now, I just wait for this excercise of rights issuing to be completed and looking forward to the coming dividend day.
