The DPU for this quarter is S$0.0104 and pretty constant for a income stream.
For this quarter, the total dividend from this reit I shall receive will be:

S$0.0104 x 10000 shares = S$104

Payable date will be on 29 August 2011.

Starhill Global Reit - result released

The DPU for the quarter has increased slightly from S$0.0104 to S$0.0107. This is the third time I receive my dividend from this reit and its DPU has been steadily increasing from the day I bought it.

For this quarter, the total dividend from this reit I shall receive will be:

S$0.0107 x 10000 shares = S$107

Payable date shall be on 31 May 2011.

Starhill Global Reit - result released

Tired out by work today and came home late.  Finally settled down after I reached home, I am in for another surprise by Starhill Global!! It has also increased its distribution, albeit a slight one, from its last quarter distribution.  The distribution this time round is S$0.0104   :=)

Since I am currently holding 10000 shares (10 Lots), my expected dividend from it will be :

S$0.0104 x 10000 shares = S$104

The payable date will be on 28 Feb 2011.

And the date is on 26 Jan 2011 (Wednesday).

Starhill Global - Q3FY10 DPU result

Kind of excited because I just bought this stock not too long ago, but receiving its dividend this soon.  The DPU it is giving out in this quarter is S$0.01 per share, which is purportedly higher than those in the past quarters.  The amount of dividend I will be receiving is :

S$0.01 x 10000 shares = S$100

Another ringing from the cash register. [grin]

Added this Reit into my current portfolio yesterday. It may not be a best price purchase but since I am unable to forcast the price movement, I'm not too concern by it. If it ever goes down much, I will buy more of it to enjoy the benefit of cost averaging. Lastly, I want to say, "Welcome to become a part of my portfolio, Starhill Global !!"
